Our private event pricing is a food and beverage (F&B) minimum spend based on historical revenue for that time of year and day of the week you host your event.
What is a F&B minimum? It is the amount you are required to spend on food and beverages to use our space and it takes the place of a room rental fee if you reach that minimum.
